We are looking forward to Hamwic’s Christmas Social on Tuesday 15th December 2015 at the Blue Quays Hotel, 82 Northlands Road, Southampton, SO15 2LH. We’ll be there from 7:00pm before sitting in a private dining area at 7:30pm.

You and your partners are very welcome to join us. The aim is to make the evening an excuse to dress up, so, black tie/smart suits for the men and cocktail dresses for the ladies or smart and casual would be great.

* Where <25 people sign up, a sit down dinner is planned at £14.95 or £19.95/ person for 2 or 3 courses respectively.

* Where >25 would like to join us, the format will be a hot buffet at £13/person.

We need to confirm attendance/numbers on the form below by 30th November please. Sorry for the tight timelines but finding such a terrific venue has been challenging and it took Ace Venue Sourcer, Stuart Shaw, using all his local knowledge to source the ideal place for us. Once we have the numbers, we will email on 1-2nd December to ask you to pay by 3rd December via online banking.

We are looking for talented attendees to provide entertainment during the evening and you’re very welcome to put yourself forward. If you can sing, dance, drum (Stuart?), recite funny poetry, do stand-up comedy or short sketches/skits please let me know asap and we may have a little Table Topics session, as well.
